Northeast Ohio Journal of History

The Northeast Ohio Journal of History is housed at the University of Akron and will serve as a web based, refereed journal that will focus on stimulating and publishing high-quality research based upon the rich archival, archaeological, and museum collections available from institutions in the Northeast Ohio region. We intend to publish quarterly beginning in Fall 2002. It will contain features found in most academic journals, including articles, reviews, and an archives, as well as an on-line exhibit area for projects utilizing the power of the web. It will also serve as a key component of the future Northeast Ohio Research Consortium, an organization dedicated to promoting research across institutions and disciplines in the region.
