This is the fifth edition of the Directory. It includes "companies that maintain their historical records themselves, as well as companies that contract with historical consulting firms to maintain their archives collections for them." The site offers access to the directory. It has three components: 1. Complete entries arranged alphabetically by name of corporation, 2.index sorted by name of archivist, 3. geographical index. The directory will be maintained on an ongoing basis.
