WHAT is a state-wide organization devoted to the study, teaching and promotion of World History at all levels of education. The World History Association of Texas developed from an informal meeting of World History Instructors in 1989 who decided to meet on a semi-annual basis to share ideas and discuss issues related to the teaching and study of World History.
