This website provides access to a database "of 19th and 20th century photographs, drawings and prints from three institutions depicting social, business, political, educational, cultural and civic life with curriculum materials for grades 7-12." The goal is to establish a comprehensive, Web-based virtual collection of graphic images that document the Connecticut community. This is an ongoing project and new entries are added continuously. By the summer of 2001 about 14,000 images will be available.
