The basic search is the best starting point for searching the directories and all webpages in the portal of Clio-online. The search window enables a full-text search of all fields and entries within the Clio-online directories, webpages and local pdf-files.
NEW: Searching pdf-files linked in webpages is now available!
Authors, titles, descriptions, URLs, and keywords are all searchable. Wildcards such as "*" for all words that extend from the root "berlin*" can be used to extend a search.
Additional Metasearch Engine: The Clio-online meta-search engine enables the user to search an array of external library catalogs, pictoral databases, subject gateways, and many other ressources at the same time. To use the meta-search engine
